Leg workout

If you are looking to work out those legs and make that new years resolution than this is the video you need to watch!! It focuses completely on the legs and it gets your thighs burning along with your butt!! You will definitely feel it the next day and you will feel great afterwards. It is only ten minutes long, but I"m warning you it's not easy!!!

Fastest workout ever!!

So, I am a HUGE pinterest fan. I get recipes, tips on cleaning, clothing ideas, makup ideas and fitness ideas from it. I am on it all the time and am constantly finding new great things to try and pin! I found something amazing one day and I couldn't believe it! It was a youtube clip that was a 4 minute workout that supposedly burns as many calories as a 40-60 minute run!! I was shocked when I read that, but then I thought, "how awesome would this be if it wreally worked?"
I personally love staying active and working out, but I do it b/c I want to stay in good shape and stay healthy. If I didn't have to spend an hour a day working out, I definitely wouldn't! If 4 minutes a day of working out would keep me in good shape then I am all for this!!
The next day after I pinned it, I tried it in the comfort of my home. It was so easy and it really only took 4 minutes! I found myself so out of breath afterwards too. The exercises were effective and I was really tired after doing them for just 4 mintues. I couldn't believe it!
One thing they also say in this youtube video is that this short workout will even boost your metabolism and keep it working long after you are done working out. Who doesn't want that! I could reall tell that my body had responded to the workout and I will be sticking with this one. I might do it 2 or 3 times a week, but still go to the gym as well b/c I enjoy it. Who doesn't like endorphins!!!

10 Minute workout on NBC: This looks killer!

I saw this workout on NBC and went to their website b/c I totally wanted to try it out!! The workout basically takes about 10 minutes and it a pyramid type workout where you start at 100 reps and go all the way down to 10. My husband and I did this workout last night and it was killer! The key is to not take breaks in between, but you can take water drinks b/c it's important to stay hydrated!! We were both huffing and puffing afterwards, and we both work out regularly. He is a marine for goodness sake and he thought it was a good workout, so if that doesn't convince you I don't know what will! We also changed the last set to burpees b/c I don't think we could physically do what they do, lol. It has a small add before it shows. It is only about 30 seconds so please be patient b/c you won't want to miss it!
